Al trobar-se disolta la Cambra catalana com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la celebraci\u00f3 d&#8217;eleccions al Parlament el proper 12 de de maig, ser\u00e0 la Diputaci\u00f3 Permanent la que hagi d&#8217;encarregar-se de validar o no el Decret-llei dins dels 30 dies h\u00e0bils seg\u00fcents a la seva publicaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed, aquest organ disposar\u00e0, com a m\u00e0xim, fins el 7 de juny per a validar o fer decaure la regulaci\u00f3 recollida en aquest Decret.<\/p><p>En resum:<\/p><ul><li><strong>El proper 7 de juny sabrem si el Decret-llei que regula el lloguer temporal s&#8217;incorpora de manera indefinida a l&#8217;ordenament jur\u00eddic o<\/strong>, pel contrari, <strong>decau perqu\u00e8 no aconsegueix la majoria simple dels vots<\/strong> emesos en la validaci\u00f3 que es realitzar\u00e0 a la Diputaci\u00f3 Permanent. En el sup\u00f2sit que aquesta no es pronunci\u00e9s dins del termini estipulat (30 dies h\u00e0bils des de a publicaci\u00f3 del Decret-llei) aquest tamb\u00e9 decauria.<\/li><li><strong>Posicionament de la resta de forces pol\u00edtiques:\u00a0<\/strong>durant la reuni\u00f3 se&#8217;ns comunica que el Col.legi d&#8217;APIs ha contactat amb representants de les principals forces pol\u00edtiques que concorren a les properes eleccions catalanes per tal de con\u00e8ixer quin ser\u00e0 el seu posicionament envers la votaci\u00f3. La <strong>resposta<\/strong> \u00e9s majorit\u00e0ria en el sentit que <strong>no recolzaran la serva validaci\u00f3<\/strong> i que, per tant, la normativa decaur\u00e0 a partir del 7 de juny.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" regula el Lloguer Temporal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d6d314 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5d6d314\" elementor-size-default\">Vig\u00e8ncia del Decret-llei<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed42510 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed42510\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hem de tenir present en tot moment que, mentre estigui en vigor, haurem d&#8217;atenir-nos a all\u00f2 que disposa, de manera que qualsevol lloguer de car\u00e0cter temporal que es formalitzi, haur\u00e0 de regir-se per les disposicions contingudes en aquest.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b4b443 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b4b443\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Com afectar\u00e0 als contractes vigents?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9ed60f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e9ed60f\" res.<\/strong><\/p><p>Tots aquells contractes signats amb anterioritat a l&#8217;entrada en vigor del Decret-llei <strong>NO ES VEURAN AFECTATS\u00a0<\/strong>per aquesta normativa de manera que es continuaran regulant a l&#8217;ampara del seu contingut, de la LAU i del Codi civil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e5a8d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7e5a8d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu\u00e8 es considera Lloguer Temporal?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8bc491 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8bc491\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sols aquells que es concloguin per a <strong>\u00fas recreatiu o tur\u00edstic.<\/strong><\/p><p>En els sup\u00f2sits que se celebri l&#8217;arrendament perqu\u00e8 a l&#8217;arrendatari li calgui l&#8217;habitatge per <strong>motius d&#8217;estudis, treball o est\u00e0ncies m\u00e8diques NO ser\u00e0 considerat un lloguer temporal.\u00a0<\/strong>L&#8217;\u00fanic <strong>&#8220;avantatge&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>del que disposar\u00e0 l&#8217;arrendador en aquests sup\u00f2sits \u00e9s que podr\u00e0 celebrar contractes per est\u00e0ncies curtes de temps sense que es vegi obligat a complir els per\u00edodes establerts per la LAU.
