(4.352 \u20ac\/m\u00b2), sobrepassant als barris del Fort Pienc i Sant Antoni, quedant per darrere de la Dreta de l&#8217;Eixample i l&#8217;Antiga Esquerra de l&#8217;Eixample i molt aprop de La Nova Esquerra de l&#8217;Eixample, exactament a 79 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 de difer\u00e8ncia .<\/p>\n<p>Segons les nostres previsions, abans que acabi l&#8217;any 2025, Sagrada Fam\u00edlia es situar\u00e0 com el
