Per tant, aquests difereixen enormement dels preus registrats als portals Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi ha presentat una tend\u00e8ncia alcista en el per\u00edode assenyalat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 anual dels preus \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">La evoluci\u00f3n anual de los precios es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>2021<\/strong>: 4.562,61 \u20ac\/m\u00b2<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2022<\/strong>: 4.804,44 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (<strong>+5,31%<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>2023<\/strong>: 5.049,24 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (<strong>+5,09%<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2024<\/strong>: 5.165,03 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (<strong>+2,29%<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si sumem tots els augments, el creixement acumulat del preu promig a tot el districte entre 2021 i 2024 \u00e9s del <strong>13,21%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els factors que han donat impuls a aquest augment s\u00f3n, b\u00e0sicament, l&#8217;exclusivitat del districte i la qualitat de l&#8217;entorn urb\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant, no totes les variacions als barris que el composen s\u00f3n uniformes ja que apreciem diferents tend\u00e8ncies a cadascun
