per\u00edodes.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"409\">\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"211\"><strong data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"194\">2021<\/strong>: 3.514,58 \u20ac\/m\u00b2<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"278\"><strong data-start=\"214\" data-end=\"222\">2022<\/strong>: 3.750,28 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (<strong data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"249\">+6,71%<\/strong> respecte a l\u2019any anterior)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"351\"><strong data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"289\">2023<\/strong>: 3.749,11 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (<strong data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"316\">-0,03%<\/strong> i una estabilitzaci\u00f3 dels preus)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"409\"><strong data-start=\"354\" data-end=\"362\">2024<\/strong>: 3.798,76
