l\u2019habitatge entre 2021 i 2024, mostrant, al llarg d\u2019aquest per\u00edode, fluctuacions que reflecteixen tant l\u2019inter\u00e8s de la demanda com les condicions econ\u00f2miques externes i macroecon\u00f2miques que han influ\u00eft en el seu mercat immobiliari.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"757\">Des d\u2019aqu\u00ed, analitzem l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels preus al districte i als seus barris, oferint informaci\u00f3 clau per a compradors, inversors i propietaris que busquen comprendre la din\u00e0mica del mercat immobiliari en aquesta zona de Barcelona.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"1220\">Destaca en les previsions d\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de preus per a 2025 i anys posteriors la prevista posada en marxa de l\u2019estaci\u00f3 de l\u2019AVE de <strong data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"901\">La Sagrera<\/strong>, que, sens dubte, tindr\u00e0 un impacte significatiu en la revaloritzaci\u00f3 immobili\u00e0ria de dos dels seus barris: <strong data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1038\">La Sagrera i Sant Andreu<\/strong>.
