From the first visit to the final paperwork after completion
We visit your apartment and assess the local market to recommend an asking price. We review the documents and, if they have expired, arrange the occupancy certificate and energy performance certificate at no cost.
We prepare professional photographs, a video and a 3D tour. We list your property on the main property portals so buyers can explore it before arranging a viewing.
We handle enquiries, organise viewings and manage offers. We advise you on the price, timing and terms of each offer so you can make an informed decision.
We guide you through the deposit agreement and coordinate the signing at the notary’s office. After the sale, we help you with tax payments and any remaining paperwork.

We work with fixed fees, agreed from the start. At your first consultation, we explain the amount and the services included, with no obligation.
Our fees are paid at the end of the process, once the sale has been agreed and formalised.
We review the documents for the property and its owners with you: the title deed, identification, Land Registry extract (nota simple), latest property tax (IBI) receipt, homeowners’ association certificate, occupancy certificate and energy performance certificate.
We also check which building inspection (ITE) documents apply to your case. We help you gather the documents and arrange anything that is missing.
The time it takes depends on the asking price, location, condition of the property and demand. After valuing your apartment, we advise you on pricing and what to expect, based on its features and the current market.
We advise you throughout the process, but the decision on the asking price is always yours.
