Our usual opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00, and Friday, 9:00–14:00. Get directions to Espai Gaudí.
We visit the property and assess its size, layout, floor level, orientation, natural light, condition and building features, including whether it has a lift. We also analyse comparable properties in the area.
We use this information to recommend an asking price and explain the factors we have considered. The final decision on the price is always yours.
The timescale depends on the asking price, the property’s features and demand. Once we know your flat, we can help you understand what to expect.
While your property is on the market, we review enquiries, viewings and offers with you to decide the next steps.
We charge fixed fees, agreed from the outset. During our first consultation, we explain the amount and the services included, with no obligation.
Our fees are payable at the end of the process, once the transaction has been agreed and formalised.
We review the property and ownership documents with you: title deed, identification, Land Registry information, property tax (IBI), owners’ association documents, certificate of occupancy and energy performance certificate.
We also check which building inspection documents are required in your case. We help you prepare the paperwork needed for the sale.
An exclusive agreement allows us to coordinate the marketing, manage all viewings and offers, and present your property consistently.
